Is online registration the only way to register?
Yes, until April 11 (click here!) Paper registration will be available at packet pick up on Friday, April 12 at Philadelphia Runner (1601 Sansom Street) from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and the morning of the race from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. Please note that the race fee will increase by $5 and availability of race shirt is not guaranteed for paper registration.
When does registration close?
Online registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on April 11. In person registration will be available at packet pick up on April 12 and the morning of the race (see above for details).
How do I start/register a team?
To start a team, click Group/Team tab on the registration home page. Follow the prompts to set up the team. Be sure to hit save! Once your team is set up, invite your friends and colleagues to join. If you have already registered for the race and would like to create a team, log in to RunSignUp and select "Manage Registration." Click on the Group/Team tab and follow the instructions. When a team hits 5 or more runners, the registration price drops $5 and the earliest registrants receive a refund!
Does the Philly Style 8K benefit a charity?
Yes, the Philly Style 8K is the signature fundraising race of Students Run Philly Style, the only program in Philadelphia that transforms students' lives through mentorship and long distance running.
I can't make it to the race, but I want to support Students Run Philly Style. How can I make donation?

Where and when should I arrive for the start?
All runners should arrive on the grounds of the Belmont Plateau by 7:45 a.m.
The race will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.!
Where can I park on race morning?
Free public parking is available in the Army Drive parking lot or along Belmont Mansion Drive. Click here for directions.
How long is the Philly Style 8K?
The Philly Style 8K is a scenic 8 kilometer (4.97 mile) race through the historic cross country trails of the Belmont Plateau. This challenging course is notably hilly.
May I run with my stroller or in my roller blades?
